Sharon Parella’s practice includes employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and whistleblower claims before state and federal courts, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and fair employment practices agencies, and in arbitrations and mediations. She also drafts and negotiates employment agreements and separation agreements. She is a frequent lecturer on topics including investigating employment discrimination, sexual harassment, workplace bullying and innovative employment practices.
